Take Action to Restore Federal Workers’ Collective Bargaining Rights
July 18, 2025 - Earlier this year, this administration terminated collective bargaining rights for 47,000 Transportation Security Administration (TSA) workers. Last month, a district judge issued a preliminary injunction that temporarily blocked the administration from dissolving the TSA workers’ collective bargaining agreement.
Now, Representatives in Congress have introduced bipartisan legislation to overturn this administration’s unprecedented union-busting actions. The Protect America’s Workforce Act would restore collective bargaining rights for these TSA workers, as well as 1.5 million federal workers whose collective bargaining rights were also targeted by this administration. But we need your help to get Congress to pass this legislation.
