Strike Alert: Starbucks Workers
November 7, 2025 - We know and love our Starbucks baristas, whether we see them in the terminal for some much-needed caffeine or when we need a pick-me-up on our days off. Starbucks workers are fighting for a fair union contract that guarantees better pay, fair schedules, and respect on the job — the same things we fight for as Flight Attendants.
Baristas have done their part. They’ve joined together with their co-workers, formed a union, and come to the table to bargain in good faith.
But management refuses to listen or obey labor laws. That’s why 92% of union baristas voted to authorize an open-ended unfair labor practice strike. If Starbucks doesn’t deliver, baristas will turn Red Cup Day into a Red Cup Rebellion.
Let’s stand in Solidarity and support our union siblings. Do not cross the picket line if baristas go on an unfair labor practice strike. No contract, no coffee!
