Stand with PSA Flight Attendants
August 1, 2025 - PSA Flight Attendants have worked through operational meltdowns, faced gut-wrenching tragedy, and carried the airline through both difficult and good times. We need a Contract with a living wage: that means double-digit pay increases, retro pay, boarding pay, and other improvements.
Show your support for PSA Flight Attendants by attending their Day of Action on August 18th at CLT, DCA, DFW, DAY, and PHL. PSA will be back at the negotiations table later that week. Strong participation is crucial in showing management they need to come ready to deliver the Contract Flight Attendants have earned.
If you can’t join the Day of Action, you can still show up for PSA Flight Attendants by sending a letter to PSA Airlines CEO Dion Flannery. Management needs to know it’s time to get serious, and sending a letter will make sure they hear us loud and clear with the power of the entire union.
PSA Flight Attendants are gearing up their fight for a fair Contract against the backdrop of a three-day National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) hearing into Flight 5342. Our union is party to the investigation and we will continue advocating for safety and policies to ensure this never happens again.
We know all too well that you can’t put a price on the lives of crew and our passengers. PSA Flight Attendants won’t accept delays or insulting pay proposals. They need a living wage Contract now.
