Spirit AFA Approves Bankruptcy Conditions Ballot
December 12, 2025 - Spirit Flight Attendants voted 74% to pass the Bankruptcy Conditions Ballot to keep control in Flight Attendants’ hands — instead of ceding control to the courts, management, or financiers. With this vote, Spirit Flight Attendants are keeping control of their contract, preserving base wages and healthcare, and locking in snapbacks for all of the cuts.
