July 25, 2025 - Solidarity Summer is heating up! Delta activists, including Flight Attendants and ramp workers, joined the AFL-CIO for their “It’s Better in a Union” bus tour stop in Atlanta.

Delta Flight Attendant leaders spoke with AFL-CIO President Liz Shuler to discuss the latest on our historic campaign for our union at Delta. We need another big bargaining unit to push our careers higher (the pilots have this advantage in their bargaining) and to tackle the absurd two-tiered employment structure that keeps Flight Attendants working at regional airlines underpaid. The way to lift standards for our careers is to both metaphorically raise the floor and to raise the roof.
